Wow! What an experience in only 5 hours of being at GMU! I arrive at George Mason U. to the greetings of friendly staff members who will assist me with my learning throughout the week. Then after chowing down with my family, they of course leave their little boy to fend for himself. A 16 year old kid from a small town just west of Pittsburgh ,Pennsylvania alone to find his own friends and entertainment. I’ve only been here for a little while, but I know I’m going to have fun here! I’ve met some cool people and can tell we’re all going to have a good time. I also got to be the first official speaker at the conference by welcoming Dean of Admissions, Andrew Flagel. What a cool dude haha.
Well, now its time to sleep so I can wake up at the ungodly hour of 5:30 a.m to prepare for the day ahead.
